Patrick is responsible for ensuring his team enable customers to drive productivity by leveraging technology.
With over his 20+ years in sales, sales leadership, marketing, and customer engagement strategies, Patrick helps customers stay ahead of their competition.
Patrick began his career in 1994 in IT staffing and moved into leadership roles including Director of Business Operations, Director of Sales and Executive Director.
Patrick is originally from Indiana and earned his degree from Ball State University. He is an avid cyclist and fanatic about Notre Dame football.
DEBBIE HOLYMarketing Director and Partner
As President of Cynergies and Jibe365, Debbie is responsible for the overall direction of the company, manages the marketing for the business, and is the executive sponsor for several of the company’s large clients.
With more than 30 years in Information Technology—including application programming, consulting sales management, and human resources—she gives clients the security of a widely experienced, hands-on consultant both during and after the sales process.
Debbie works closely with the Jibe team to continue to develop new services, processes and programs that enable our clients to optimize their business performance which is crucial to success in today’s competitive, ever-changing business environment.
Debbie has a dual-degree in Marketing and Management from John Carroll University. Debbie resides in Mentor, Ohio with her husband Ralph.
ELLIE CHALKOOperations Director and Partner
As Executive Vice President of Cynergies and Partner at Jibe365, Ellie is responsible for the overall business operations of the company, as well as managing recruiting, administrative and training efforts. As the Cynergies’ group of companies continues to grow, her strength in operations management and strategic operations, as well as financial management, are key components in the company’s success.
Ellie works closely with the team to ensure we take time to get to know our client needs, provide the client the optimum CRM solution that builds their business and builds a lasting relationship with our firm.
Ellie holds a B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She resides in Mentor, Ohio where she enjoys boating whenever possible with her husband Chris.
BRIAN DEWULFPractice Manager
Brian is responsible for ensuring the delivery of successful CRM implementations.
Working with CRM since 2006, Brian has completed many successful implementations in various industries.
Before entering the IT industry in 2000, Brian spent 8 years as an outside sales rep. Once in IT, Brian quickly moved up the ranks to become the VP of Information Technology for an insurance marketing company. It was in this role that he first implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In 2011 Brian moved to CRM consulting, where he quickly assumed a leadership role.
Brian grew up in Ohio and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. He enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle.
MATT KAMINSKYSr. Business Development Manager
Matthew has over 10 years of sales and recruiting experience in the Information Technology, Engineering and Banking Industries. He has served in the roles of Technical Recruiter, Recruiting Manager and Account Manager.
Matthew is certified by TechServe Alliance as a Professional Services Account Executive (CPSAE). CPSAE Account Executives adhere to the TechServe Alliance Code of Ethics and have advanced knowledge of industry best practices.
Matthew has his bachelor’s degree in Business from Cleveland State University. He lives in Willoughby with his wife, two daughters and son.
DAVE ZUPANSr. Business Development Manager
Dave has over 25 years in the IT staffing industry holding positions as recruiter, sales, management and managing partner. In July 2016 David brought his years of experience in consultative IT staffing sales to the Jibe team. Over the years, David has crafted innovative IT staffing solutions for his clients by providing the highest quality candidates and services through creative and flexible business solutions.
David studied at The University of Utah and the University of California Santa Cruz.
Born and raised in northern Ohio, David is an avid golfer and fisherman who lives with his wife of 34 years, Mary Lee in Avon Lake Ohio.
MATTHEW CHALKOCRM Consultant
When it comes to CRM implementation and design, Matthew brings a passion for learning and a
drive to understand and meet client’s needs.
Matthew’s career has spanned across many fields, from working 4 years as river guide in Canada at
Tinnerman Wilderness Canoe Base, to his current position as a Dynamics 365 consultant.
Matthew was born and raised in Cleveland, and is a devoted fan to the cities’ sports teams;
especially the Cavaliers.
Matthew earned his degree from Columbus State, where, while attending, discovered his love for
personal fitness and distance running, having completed the Nationwide Children’s Hospital
Columbus Marathon twice.
